We were very satisfied with the interaction we had with the Sympathy Store team. They actually reached out to us because we were purchasing flowers and a memorial tree, and when you purchase flowers you get a tree at a discounted cost. I had ordered it separately and they called to explain it to me and then credited us back the difference. They did not have to do that. That is an ethical company and if the need arose again, I would definitely purchase from them. And the "spray" was appropriate and well done.

I didn’t attend service but I saw it in a photo and was disappointed because it didn’t look like this photo. From what I could see it looked like a bunch of carnations and I didn’t select to have anything on the ribbon as I did not know the deceased; I am a childhood friend of the widow, they put a sentiment on the ribbon. I don’t feel like that was appropriate given the circumstance. My arrangement was placed in a corner hidden behind things, not placed like the others. It made me feel like the family didn’t like it. I was trying to send something magnificent.. I’ve never seen two people more in love and the departed was “taken” far too soon.
No one contacted me to discuss substitution and I did select that option.

I struggled to find the perfect arrangement for the funeral of my sweet, precious sister. We were so close, and I wanted something to truly honor her, and tell her how much I will miss her, and always love her. I have ordered flowers that were so terribly disappointing; baskets that were sparse, sprays that were smaller, and less full than pictured. This, however, was exactly as it appeared in the photos, and I could not have been more pleased. The flowers and greenery were fresh and fragrant, and it was tall, lush, and full. A family friend had passed and due to extenuating circumstances, I was unable to attend the services. So instead, I purchased the Magnificent Life Spray via the Sympathy Store as it was both convenient and they claimed to offer email confirmation of delivery.
Long story short, I never received said email, and while the staff of the Sympathy Store were timely in their response, I learned that flower arrangements are contracted out. I would advise others to instead go through FTD. I've used them several times in the past and never had this issue, and if I'm going to pay any additional fees, I'd rather they go to the actual florist making the arrangement.
Flowers were great, but I could've done without the issues on the back end.

I purchased this arrangement because my deceased friend loved yellow roses. While the description said the roses were green, I knew from the photo that they were a light yellow or yellow-green.
The arrangement was exactly as pictured and arrived exactly as promised. I have recently been disappointed with purchases from other florists, more local and online, but I could not have been more pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend this business.

Many times we have a moment in our lives that we don't have the time to shop for flowers for a loved one or a friend so we turn to the internet. Needless to say I personally have been disappointed before. Not this time! The flowers were beautiful to say the least! In my family's time of sorrow it has been a very hectic time and we wanted flowers to honor my mom's memory. The kind of flowers you remember seeing when some of us were younger.
This has been rewarding for me because of the size and quality of the arrangement. The whole purchase along with the delivery were speedy and professional.

I am 100% satisfied, very pleased actually, by the arrangement I ordered for a recent memorial service. It was large, a beautiful display and the ribbon I ordered was perfectly placed. In fact, I even got a call the day before to recommend a change to the ribbon wording from a very kind person- just making a suggestion. I thought that alone was amazing.
